Choosing your credit volume

On Starter, Pro and Ranker you set your own volume with a slider: each step adds 50 credits for 10 € more per month. You start from the plan's base tier and go up as needed.

Credit rollover

Unused credits roll over to the next period, capped at one times your monthly allocation. On a 200-credit plan you can therefore hold up to 400 credits.

Annual subscriptions have no rollover: you get twelve months of credits at once (your monthly allocation × 12), in a single pool. There is no monthly refill: you spend them at your own pace over the year. At the annual renewal, the pool starts over with a new allocation, and unused credits do not carry over.

Credits are kept if you pause your subscription. If you cancel, your remaining credits are set aside for 60 days after the subscription ends: subscribe again before then and they are added to your new plan's credits.

What is included

Starter: Google Search Console, all SEO agents, backlink analysis, weekly reports and the writing agent.
Pro: everything in Starter, plus Google Analytics (GA4), team collaboration and API / MCP access.
Ranker: everything in Pro, with priority support.
Agency: custom credit volume, site count and seats, priority support and dedicated onboarding.

The free trial

There is no free plan with credits handed out at signup. The way in is a 7-day free trial with 30 credits.

What the trial includes. You pick a plan (Starter, Pro or Ranker) and add a payment method: nothing is charged today. For 7 days you get that plan's features and limits, with 30 trial credits whichever plan you picked.

Who can get it. One trial per account. It is not offered if your account or workspace has already had a subscription, or if ChatSEO is installed and billed through Shopify.

When the 7 days are up. If you do nothing, the subscription for the plan you picked starts automatically: your payment method is charged and you get the plan's full allocation. Unused trial credits do not carry over. In Subscription, the plan card shows the date and amount of the first charge.

Paying before the end. Ran out of your 30 credits before the trial ends? In Settings → Subscription, click Pay now. The invoice is issued right away, and your credits land as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If you see "Payment started, your credits will land in a few seconds.", give it a moment: they are on their way. Only the workspace owner can pay.

Cancelling the trial. In Settings → Subscription, click Cancel the trial. The trial stops right away, your remaining trial credits are lost, and you are never charged.

Changing plan

Click your profile in the bottom left corner, then Settings.
Under Workspace, open Subscription.
Click Change plan and follow the steps.

Two special cases: on a custom plan the button is disabled and changes go through support; on a paused or already-cancelled subscription, you need to resume first.

Running an agency?

The Agency plan starts at 200 € / month and adapts to your number of sites, credits and seats. Message us in the chat with how many sites you manage and your expected volume, and we will put together a proposal.

If you only need a few extra sites without increasing your credits or seats, mention that too: the team can offer a custom plan sized to that need. Do not delete an existing site to free a slot if you want to keep its history; read deleting, replacing or adding a site first.
